Objective: The objective of this project was to analyze a dataset containing information about call agents, including the number of calls they received, the calls they resolved, the topics discussed during the calls, and the ratings they were given. The goal was to gain insights from the data and create a dashboard to visualize and present the findings effectively.

What I Did: As a data analyst, I was responsible for the entire lifecycle of this project. I started by understanding the dataset and its structure, which allowed me to identify the key variables and relationships. Next, I performed data cleaning and preprocessing tasks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data.

Once the data was prepared, I conducted exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships within the dataset. This involved using statistical techniques, data visualization, and various analytical tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of the dataset.

After gaining insights from the data, I proceeded to design and develop a dashboard to present the findings in an interactive and user-friendly manner. The dashboard included visually appealing charts, graphs, and tables to provide a comprehensive overview of the call agent performance, call resolutions, topic distributions, and customer ratings.

To create the dashboard, I utilized the data visualization tool Power BI. I ensured that the dashboard was intuitive, allowing users to filter and interact with the data dynamically.

Additionally, I applied data storytelling techniques to convey the narrative behind the data. This involved crafting a compelling narrative and using the visualizations to support the key insights and conclusions drawn from the dataset.

Overall, my approach involved a combination of data analysis, visualization, and storytelling to transform raw data into actionable insights.
